Project Management app: Trello
Delivered by Charlotte Collyer, Enterprise Manager Exeter BIPC
Exeter Library, EX4 3PQ
18 places available for this FREE workshop
To describe it simply, Trello is an online tool that makes it easy to organise projects in a visual, easy to pick up, drag and drop way. It’s effective as a personal tool or for group collaboration.

It consists of:-

  • Boards – think of this as the notice board. It might be a private board or a board you share with a team.
  • Lists – groups of similar things or types of activity that you can organise into lists on the board. It’s super easy to order the list, change the name of a list and swap the position of a list on the board.
  • Cards – a sticky note for each thing to do or that has happened. Cards can be allocated to people, have due dates, contain attachments and lists and be labelled to give a quick ‘state’ view.
This talk will introduce you to Trello a free, cloud based tool that lifts projects out of email & GANT charts, and makes managing projects more visual and team friendly.
